Chaplain's Role
in Disasters and Major Trauma Incidents, Part I Ed Stauffer

In light of the recent natural
disasters such as Katrina and other
current disaster situations, this will cover what the response of the
Chaplain should be.
Ed Stauffer is the Founder and
Executive Director of the Federation of Fire Chaplains. He is the
Senior Chaplain of the Ft. Worth Fire Department, past Chaplain of the
IAFF and has served as Chaplain with
many associations within the Emergency Services field. Ed is an
instructor in Fire Families, Critical Incident Stress Areas and is known
nationwide for his contributions to many fire service organizations for
training in areas of firefighters and Fire Service Chaplains. Most
recently, he contributed to the Federation of Fire Chaplains Training
Manual and is the Founder of the Fire Chaplains Institute.

Homeland Security, FEMA, and
NIMS, what should be the response of
the Chaplain. This workshop will give you an overview of these hot
topics.
