Hurricane Florence Damage and Your Local Relief Fund
As North Carolina firefighters continue to proudly provide emergency responses and recovery services to their cities, towns and communities from the destructive forces of Hurricane Florence, the North Carolina State Firefighters’ Association is here to help you.
If your department has a firefighter whose home was severely damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Florence, please consider using your local relief fund as a means of providing assistance to your member.
Requests for relief fund assistance must be approved by the local relief fund board of trustees first and then forwarded to the NCSFA office for final approval by the Executive Director of the NCSFA.
Our staff will expedite all request for assistance during this disastrous time of need.
Please forward all request for assistance to Ed Brinson at firstname.lastname@example.org Dan Berg at email@example.com. You may also use our fax line at 919.821.9382. If you have a question regarding your relief fund request please call 1.800.253.4733.
Please be safe out there.
Ed Brinson, Deputy Director
