The NCSFA provides $124,000.00 per year in grants and scholarships. Applications go online January 2nd of each year and are due in the office of the NCSFA by March 15th of each year.

To be eligible for a Scholarship Award or Grant, your Fire Department MUST be a current member of the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association. If you have any questions as to the status of your department, please contact our office.

The limit on the number of scholarship applications a member department may submit has been eliminated. As always, any member is entitled to apply for the grant regardless of the size of their department.
Please submit the application as well as ALL other supporting documentation listed on the Rules Sheet.
All incomplete applications will be disqualified.
