Each year the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association produces two reports and four newsletters.
The first report issued is the Annual Report and is published in July of each year. This report contains updates from the board members that represent you, a budget report for the previous year, a 16 month calendar marked with important dates for you to remember, and other important information that our members should know.
The second report issued is the annual Gateway Report. Gateway is an annual conference held in Raleigh at the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association headquarters. Sixteen fire and rescue service organizations are represented and they meet to help lead our industry in the right direction for the upcoming year and for many years to come. After the conference a report is generated to let our membership know how these emergency services leaders are helping to shape the future of our industry.
Finally, the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association publishes the “Line of Fire,” a quarterly newsletter. The purpose is to make sure our membership remains informed of all current issues related to their association.
