
From time to time, the on-line roster system, supported by iMIS, must be taken off line to do updates and maintenance on the system. In the event that the system is unavailable for you to make updates using the on-line system, please use the forms below to add or delete members or to make changes to their status and contact information.
During the time of year we ask you to update your rosters, we also need for you to submit your Annual Certification of Firefighters form.  We have included this form below for you to print off and mail back to us. During this same time of year, you will be paying your annual dues to maintain your membership with the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association, so we have included a sample invoice for you to fill out and give to your accounts payable departments when you request a check to be written.
Also included below are instructions on updating your roster annually and an explanation of the NVFC benefit option. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the roster renewal process.
