Occupation: Fire Chief

Began as a volunteer at the age of 18 with the King Volunteer Fire Department. Joined the Winston-Salem Fire Department in 1978 and became Chief of the Mount Airy Fire Department in 1994. I left Mount Airy in October of 2001 to become Chief of the Mooresville Fire Department. I have served as President of the NC Association of Fire Chiefs and currently serve on the Certification Board of the NC Fire & Rescue Commission.

Wesley resides in Mooresville with his wife Angela and three children, Seth, Laura Beth and Sarah.
