Each year about this time we shut down our online roster maintenance capability.

We do so for a reason, and we wanted to make sure everyone understands and knows why access to the program is down.

We mail out roster renewals for 2009 at about the middle of November.

People get the renewals confused with upgrades they want to make on the 2008 rosters. If the online renewals are not available it causes you to call in and allows us to direct your changes to the correct year.

While this is a little more trouble for you and us, in the long run it works best for all concerned.
